EE and BT the most complained about mobile and broadband operators

According to some new data from Ofcom, BT and EE have generated the greatest number of consumer complaints over broadband and mobile phone services in the past 3 months. EE scored the worst in the broadband market with 0.45 complaints for every 1000 customers. This was an increase from the previous quarter of 0.32 complaints for 1000 customers. BT had 0.41 complaints for every 1000

M&S recall Mussels

The Food Standards Agency said that Mark & Spencer were recalling many of their Mussels products after customers fell ill from eating them. The company said that the products were no longer up for sale and put up several notices on different stores to pass this message. The different brands of the mussels were Mussels in garlic, mussels and clams and mussels in white wine.

College workers sacked for involvement in eBay fraud

Two workers at Shelley College lost their jobs for their involvement in a case involving fraud. Police investigating the case found that computers and related office equipment worth £30,000 had found its way to eBay. The authorities noticed an increase in the expenditure for new goods and notified the police. A closer look revealed the discrepancy amounting to £30,000.
